Rich Mancuso
Through his own journey of healing and a deep desire to live with purpose, Rich created the Breath Stretch Release (BSR) method, blending breath work, stretching, and release into one powerful practice. By combining these three elements, he was able to find his favorite version of himself each day. It is now his winning formula to initiate each day focused and aligned with who he is and how he wants to show up. He has studied and trained in several modalities of Breathwork, Energy Healing and Yoga/Body Movement that integrate healing of the heart, body and mind. His goal is to help people optimize their health by leveraging the BSR methodology. If you want to go deeper or to create a 1:1 customized sessions, you can book at his website. It is an honor for him to be able to share this practice.
