He has studied and taught these practices for decades and shares them as ‘healing prescriptions’ to all of his patients and clients, a truly holistic approach to managing ’stress’ and the ‘healing the body-mind-spirit’ together. Dr. Goodman teaches that Self Energy and SHEP, Self Healing Energy Practices, create a deep relationship with one’s own self care, self love, self understanding, self communication and self healing. Dr. Goodman is known for complementing one’s medical care with these practices for as he calls it, ‘medical risk reduction’. He has done this in his own health journey as a 30 year heart patient and someone who had to overcome, as most of do, vast amounts of stress in his personal life and health history. One of those bridges between the West and East, connecting the benefits of Holistic practices alongside of, best medical care and practices.
The language of Self Energy is the new language of healing for the future. These mostly ancient wisdom healing practices hold and keep our mind-body-spirit as one in healing and I will teach you the mind-body-breath exercises and practices.
Open to all levels and all persons. One can easily sit in a chair and participate as well.
